This is an application for withdrawal of the second appeal. The application is supported by an affidavit of Yogehswar Sharma, who alleged to be the real son of defendant- appellant no.3.
It is further stated in the affidavit that the matter has been compromised between the appellants and the respondents outside the Court on 5.4.2018. Under these circumstances, appellants do not want to press this second appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
