This application under section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed challenging the notice dated 21.5.2008 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sikarpur, District Bulandshahr, in Case No. 1187 of 2008 (State Vs. Bhism and others), under sections 107/116 Cr. P. C., P.S. Salimpur, District Bulandshahr.
The basis of initiating proceedings under Sections 107/116 Cr.
P. C. was land dispute. The aforesaid land dispute must have been decided or amicably settled by now. Therefore, by efflux of time, present application has been rendered infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
