Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(A). Issue a order/ direction the court below/ opposite party No.1 to conclude/ expedite the Original Suit No.- 437 of 2018 (Bhimsen Sharma vs. Nagar Nigam Jhansi and others) for the permanent injunction as well as 6-C application dated 5.11.2018 for temporary injunction during the pendency of aforesaid suit which is pending since 5.11.2018 within limited stipulated period of time to secure the ends of justice."
Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to conclude and decide the aforesaid 6-C application dated 5th November, 2018 for temporary injunction of the petitioner filed in Original Suit No.- 437 of 2018 (Bhimsen Sharma vs. Nagar Nigam Jhansi and others), strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
