The present Second Appeal is of the year 1986. Today, when the present Second Appeal is taken up for final hearing, Shri Mehul Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant has stated at the bar that he is not receiving any further instruction from the appellant, who was aged 88 years in the year 2007 and, therefore, he has requested to pass an appropriate order. Hence, the present Second Appeal is dismissed for want of instruction by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant. No cost.
