1. Heard learned advocates for the parties.
2. The Second Appeal has been admitted on the substantial questions of law framed by the Court.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the execution and implementation of the judgments and orders of the Courts below is required to be stayed in order to avoid multiplicity of proceedings. Hence, interim relief in terms of paragraph 6(C) of the application is granted. As regards prayer 6(B), it is stated that the appellants are in possession of the suit property. Hence, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards the possession of the suit property.
4. The Civil Application stands allowed accordingly.
