1. A request is made on behalf of Mr. Karia, learned advocate for the petitioners, for adjournment. At his request, the matter is adjourned to 16.01.2013.
2. Learned AGP Mr. Soni has indicated that the petitioners are the employees of respondent no2, Municipality, who, according to Government, were given pay-scales which were not approved by the Government for valid reasons.
3. In the order dated 6th December, 2012, it was reflected that according to respondent no.2, the grievance of the petitioners was Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Thu Jun 23 01:48:53 IST 2016 C/SCA/2713/2001 ORDER redressed.
4. Learned AGP Mr. Soni states that the matter needs a closer scrutiny.
5. On the next date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners may also respond to the Court as to whether presence of Collector, Junagadh would assist the Court not. List of the matter on 16.01.2013.
