This Criminal Petition is filed to quash F.I.R in Crime No.226 of 2011 dated 16.06.2011 of S.H.O, Malakpet P.S. Hyderabad.
None appeared for the petitioner.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet before VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which was taken on file and numbered as C.C.No.521 of 2012.
As seen from the record, there is no stay granted by this Court. Since the police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet, this criminal petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
