Bhikhubhai vs Ramanbhai

Both the parties request that since, there is possibility to negotiate and resolve the dispute between the parties, the matter may be referred to the Mediation Center. Accordingly at the joint request the office is directed to place this matter before the Mediation Center. Whatever may the outcome in the mediation center the same shall be reported to this Court. Accordingly, the matter is presently adjourned to 27th February 2012. Interim relief to continue till then.
