1. Leave to correct the description of Respondent No.2.
2. The basis of the present petition is the order dated 20.10.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Special Civil Application No. 14895 of 2011 whereby the representation appears to have been directed to be decided within stipulated time limit.
3. As such, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the revenue entry, appeal or revision before the competent authority in accordance with law is maintainable where the competent authority is to exercise the powers as quasi-judicial authority, therefore, if the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may resort to such proceedings. Under the circumstances, we are not inclined to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Disposed of accordingly.
