JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant has filed this Application for temporary bail for 15 days for partition of land/property.

I have heard learned APP Mr. Jani and also perused the papers produced before me.

From the papers, it appears that the applicant has absconded for about 40 days. It is also stated that the applicant is involved in three cases.

Looking to the conduct of the applicant, the application for temporary bail is not required to be considered. Accordingly, it is rejected.
