JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP Ms. Krina Calla waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole for a period of 60 days on the ground of carrying out repairs of his house in the village.
The jail record of the applicant shows reasonable good conduct on his behalf. Besides he has been in jail for more than 10 years and whenever the applicant was released on parole/furlough/temporary bail, the applicant has surrendered in time.
Considering overall facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted parole for a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), before the Court below and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
