1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Para 2 of the order dated 10/10/2012 is modified and recasted as under, which shall be substituted in place of earlier Para 2 in order dated 10/10/2012:
"Mr.
B. Y. Mankad, learned counsel is appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and has accepted advance copy on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Issue Notice to the respondent No. 4 returnable on 18th October 2012. Mr. B. Y. Mankad waives service on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
