(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Pursuant to our order dated 29.02.2012, the Registry has put a note dated 20.03.2012 that despite strenuous efforts, the Registry was not able to find the papers of First Appeal No. 5137 of 1995. However, papers of First Appeal No. 5138 of 1995, which is a connected appeal, have been found. Appeal is pending before the Court. Registry also points out that First Appeal No. 5137 of 1995 is also shown pending in the register. It is, therefore, pointed out that, the computer data, showing such first appeal as disposed of, appears to be erroneous.
Learned AGP, Ms. Moxa Thakkar, stated that she would make an attempt to get the full papers as also necessary details with respect to such First Appeal No. 5137 of 1995 from the department.
