JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Shishir Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court vide order dated 20.11.2010 passed in the writ petition no. 10643 (M/B) of 2010 has directed the opposite party to ensure the payment of principle amount to the petitioner.
Learned counsel further submits that no payment has been made. From the record, it appears that vide order dated 14.03.2012, fresh notices were issued to the opposite parties to show cause as to why the contempt proceedings be not initiated against them for not complying the order dated 20.11.2010.
The opposite parties were directed to comply the order in question within a period of two weeks, failing which they will have to appear before this Court on the next date of listing. Today when the case was called, neither anybody nor any adjournment request is present.
In view of above, issue bailable warrant against the opposite party no.2 through C.J.M. concerned to appear before this Court on the next date of listing.
Regarding issuance of notice to the opposite party no.1, Sri Lalit Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel assures that he will be available in Court on the next date of listing.
