The counsel for the petitioners informed that the Court that there are number of errors have been cropped up in the present writ petition. He prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, with liverty to file a proper and better writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is being dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to file a proper and better writ petition before the appropriate Court.
Let certified copy of the documents annexed with the writ petition be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photocopy of the same and keeping the same on record.
