Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 21.06.2021 being Case Crime No.0127 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Sahayal, Distt. Auraiya and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted on 24.09.2021 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
