Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Sanjay Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents no. 6 & 7 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent that his salary of the period 2015-2016 as Assistant Teacher in Junior High School be directed to be paid. Since he has retired, his pension as Assistant Teacher in Junior High School be also directed to be paid.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to payment of salary for the period of 2015-2016 and pension as Assistant Teacher in an aided junior high school, if there is no legal impediment. The respondent no. 3 will pass appropriate order, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
