(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his sister as well as his own marriage, which are scheduled from 26th as well as 27th February, 2012.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the learned APP, based on the information received by her office through the Police Constable, Mr.Baliabhai of Datha Police Station, states that the inquiry is made and the marriages are fixed.
Hence, the ground appears to be genuine.
Under these circumstances, the applicant - convict be released on temporary bail from 24.2.2012 to 8.3.2012 on condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with a surety of like amount with the further direction that the applicant - convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period, on 9.3.2012.
The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service today is permitted.
