JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Learned APP waives for State.
The applicant, a life convict has prayed for temporary bail to prepare his dilapidated house and even Chief Officer of Talala Municipality has also certified urgent need to prepare the house.
Heard learned APP for the State.
Considering the jail record of the applicant and in the past whenever he is granted temporary bail or furlough had reported in time, I am inclined to consider this case and hereby grant two weeks of temporary bail from the date of his release on furnishing personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the temporary bail, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authorities in time.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
