It is said that the objections of the petitioner under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 are pending before the Consolidation Officer since 1992.

If the objections are still pending and there is no other legal impediment in this regard let the Court below dispose of the proceedings in accordance with law, say, within a period of eight months from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the petition is disposed of.
