By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 24/11 of 2014 (Bhawana Chauhan vs. Haridarshan and others), under section 12 Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Muzaffar Nagar, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
