JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE.
Mr.K.L. Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Mr.Purohit, learned advocate waives the service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent No.2 - original petitioner.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
3. Present application has been preferred by the applicant herein - original respondent No.1/complainant either for fixing early date of hearing of the main petition being Criminal Misc.Application No.1426 of 2010 or for vacating the Ad-Interim Relief granted earlier.
4. Mr.Jadeja, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant herein - original respondent No.1/complainant has stated at the bar that if the main petition is fixed for final hearing at the earliest, the applicant would be satisfied.
5. In view of the above and in the facts and circumstances of the case, Registry is directed to notify the main petition being Criminal Misc. Application No.1426 of 2010 for final hearing on 14/3/2012. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
