Heard Ms.Manisha Lavkumar, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by her that the impugned award dated 26-5-2011 has not been passed in accordance with law as there is a specific finding by the Labour Court that respondent No.1 has not completed 240 days. In spite of the same, the petitioner has been directed to reinstate respondent No.1 with continuity of service and consequential benefits.

Rule and notice as to interim relief, returnable on 9-8-2012.
