[1.0] RULE.
Shri Chirag B. Patel, learned advocate waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of learned advocates appearing for respective parties, present application is taken up for final hearing today.
[2.0] Present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicants herein - appellants - original plaintiffs for interim relief to stay further implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order passed by the learned Appellate Court.
[3.0] Having heard the learned advocates appearing for respective parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and so as to see that the main Second Appeal does not become infructuous, by way of interim relief, both the parties to the suit are directed to maintain status-quo. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
