Hospital at Chennai and on 19.1.12012 married with sister of accused No1. i.e. husband of the complainant. It is further submitted that even allegations levelled qua the applicant is seen it is vague and unspecific and the applicant is implicated with a view to harass and the complaint is nothing but abuse of process of law.

Considering all the above aspect, Rule. Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent­State.

Ad­interim relief in terms of para 7(b) qua the applicant. Notice as to interim relief returnable on 10.5.2012.
