Therefore, some time was required for finalizing calculations of the parties and working out a solution, as far as possible by agreement and mutual consent. Accordingly, hearing is adjourned to 16th August 2012, by which date the parties concerned should have exchanged their calculations and offers and negotiated so as to facilitate the Court in disposing the matter either on the basis of a compromise or, if necessary, on merits.
