1. Learned Advocate Mr. AJ Patel states that though interim order of stay is granted by this court, the applicant would like to pray for interim injunction in the nature of status quo and, therefore, he would like to amend the prayer clause in the civil application. Accordingly, learned advocate is permitted to amend the prayer clause in the civil application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Since the amendment is permitted today, it wold be in the fitness of things to again issue fresh notice to respondents in the civil application.
2. Therefore, issue fresh notice to respondents in civil application by making it returnable on 6.2.2012. Direct Service is Permitted.
