RULE.
Ms.Vidhi Bhatt, learned advocate for opponent Nos.1 and 2, Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for opponent Nos.3 and 4 and Ms.Sejal K. Mandavia, learned advocate for opponent No.5, appear and waive service of rule on behalf of the respective opponents.
Considering the issue involved and the prayers prayed for in the application, the application is taken up for final hearing today.
It is stated in the application that the applicants are the necessary party and, therefore, they may be permitted to be joined as party respondents in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18512 of 2011.
Considering the averments made in Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application and as there is no objections from the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the application deserves to be accepted and hence, the same is hereby allowed. Applicants are permitted to be joined as party respondents in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.18512 of 2011.
Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
