Bhavanaben vs Commissioner

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not been served with an order by the respondent authorities before making deduction from the pension amount of the petitioner.

On the basis of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, issue notice to the respondents making it returnable on 6th July 2012.

Direct Service is permitted.
