The petitioner is seeking transfer to Gautam Budh Nagar from her present place of posting. The ground taken in the petition is that the husband of the petitioner is in some private employment in Delhi and, therefore, she should be posted near to work place of her husband.
I do not find any ground to interfere in this writ petition. There is no legal and vested right of the petitioner to get her posted at a particular place. This is not a condition in the employment letter that she should be posted near to the working place of her husband.
This petition lacks any merit and substance and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
