Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
The revisionist has approached this Court against the rejection of interim maintenance application vide order dated 11.10.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh, in Case No. 564/11/2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh.
Without interfering into the order passed by the court below, this revision is disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
