1) Heard learned APP for the respondent No.1-State.

2) The applicant, a life convict, has preferred this application to grant temporary bail on the ground that uncle of the applicant has expired and has to attend his ceremony.

3) The jail record of the applicant reveals that in the past, he had absconded for about 1583 days and further presence of the applicant may not be necessary inasmuch as other relatives can perform the duties on behalf of the applicant.

4) The application is accordingly rejected.
