In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application for bringing heirs on record of the deceased respondent No. 3 as his legal heirs is required to be allowed. The application is accordingly allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 is granted. Amendment to be carried out in the Appeal as well as in the respective applications forthwith.
