(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned counsel for the appellant Mr.N.V.Gandhi states that two pages were missing in Annexure "A". Those pages he has filed alongwith affidavit. Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to add the pages with the help of the office at the pages where they should be by filing an affidavit and copy of the pages annexed alongwith the affidavit and on re-numbering the paper book. This exercise shall be completed within a week. List this mater on 1.5.2012.
