JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant who is sentenced for about ten years seeks temporary bail on the ground of marriage of sister-in-law. Upon verification by the authority and communication dated 21.5.2012 received by the office of Government Pleader, High Court of Gujarat from Police Inspector, Pandesara Police Station, Surat reveal that other members of the family of the applicant can participate and presence of the applicant in the said ceremony is not necessary. Considering over all facts, the application is rejected.
