Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader, prays for time in order to take instructions regarding the observations made by the Tribunal in the impugned order to the effect that the petitioner can agitate the grievance regarding regularization of the breach of conditions qua the land in question before the Deputy Collector in the proceedings under Section 84(c) of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act, 1948, pending before him.
