JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is trite law that a re-hearing cannot be attempted in the guise of a review. This is what is attempted by the review petitioners in the instant case. New documents are pressed into service along with the petitions for review. I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record warranting review.
The Review Petition is dismissed.
