JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
Learned APP Mr.H.L. Jani waives service of notice for respondent-State.
The present application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the jail authority pursuant to the oral judgment passed by this Court in the aforesaid Criminal Appeal No.582/2003 dated 21.02.2012.
In the circumstances, the present application stands allowed and the time to surrender is finally extended upto 30 th April, 2012. Rule is made absolute.
