(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned advocate Mr. M.M. Saiyed states the interim relief granted in the following terms:
"Since the hearing of the petition could not be concluded for final disposal,by way of ad interim relief, it is directed that the operation of the impugned order dated 18.8.2011 at Annexure-A to the petition shall remained stayed till further or final orders that may be made on the next date of hearing."
He, therefore, requests that till the next date of hearing the interim relief may be extended.
The matter is adjourned to 25.6.2012 at the request of learned advocate Mr. M.M. Saiyed and the interim relief is ordered to continue till then.
