JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. M.P. Prajapati, learned advocate for the applicant-respondent No.1 in the main appeal and by Mr. Vibhuti Nanavati, learned advocate for the opponent No. 1-Original appellant, the registry is directed to list the main appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 23rd of July, 2012, if the main appeal is otherwise ready for final hearing.
