(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) 1.0 Learned advocate Ms. Mamta R. Vyas for the applicants is not present when the matter is called out.
2.0 Present Civil Application is filed seeking extension of time. 'In an application for extension of time' it is prayed by the applicant that:
"3(A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the order dated 18.01.2012 for a period of four weeks and further be pleased to extend the date of hearing for a month from 30.01.2012."
2.1 The application is misplaced. The copy of the order will be available to the learned advocate from the Registry as the papers of Letters Patent Appeal along with the order are being sent to Registry.
3.0 Earlier, at the time of hearing of Letters Patent Appeal on 18th January 2012, the learned advocate had prayed for stay of the order. That request was rejected by giving reasons, which are set out in the order. Reiterating such request is uncalled for.
3.1 As the certified copy of the order can be obtained by the applicant within a day or two, the prayer for extending the date of hearing from 30th January 2012 is found reasonable and the same is accepted. The same is extended to 7th December 2012. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
