1. Supplementary affidavit has been filed today is taken on record.
2. Heard Sri Akarsh Dwivedi, learned counsel for petitioner; and, Sri Shambhu Chopra, learned counsel for respondent-2 and learned Standing Counsel for State.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for petitioner states that matter relates to pollution of environment and remedy lies before National Green Tribunal and, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail aforesaid remedy.
4. Sri Shambhu Chopra, learned counsel for respondent-2 has no objection to said request.
5. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
