vs It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the suit was disposed on 20.12.2016. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
