By filing this application, the applicant wife has made prayer to condone delay of 138 days caused in filing Revision Application.
I have heard learned advocate Mr. NL Ramnani for the applicant. Rule is served to Opponent no. 2 but none has appeared. I have also heard learned APP Ms. CM Shah for opponent no. 1.
Having regard to the averments made in the application not controverted by filing reply and oral submissions, the applicant has explained the delay caused in filing the Revision Application. Hence, this application is required to be allowed.
In the result, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing revision application is condoned. Rule made absolute.
