Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 06.12.2014 passed by District Magistrate Bareilly i.e. respondent No.3 whereby the petitioner has been asked to deposit the arms because of his alleged involvement in Case Crime No.04 of f2014 registered under Section 17 Arms Act as well as against the order dated 25.04.2019 passed by the Appellate Court dismissing the appeal No. 70 of 2015 its Computerize Case No. C- 2015120000770 (Bhatendu Singh vs. State) under Section 18 Indian Arms Act, 1959, filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the District Magistrate, Bareilly.
A reading of the impugned order dated 06.12.2014 passed by District Magistrate, Bareilly as well as order dated 25.04.2019 passed by the Appellate Court, shows that the orders have been passed on the basis of evidence on record and are reasoned orders. There are no jurisdictional error in the impugned orders passed by the Licencing Authority concerned. The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
