Clerk appearing for the petitioner invited attention of the Court to para 3.2 (as appearing on page 3) of order dated 26.12.2011 passed in Civil Application No.13610 of 2011. The opening part of the said para reads as under:
"3.2 Learned advocate for the applicant also invited attention of the Court to an order passed .. .."
The said opening part of para 3.2 (on page 3) shall read as under:
"Learned advocate for the applicant also invited attention of the Court to an order passed in Civil Application No.11445 of 2010 in Special Civil Application No.17100 of 2007 dated 20th October 2010."
The Speaking to Minutes is disposed of accordingly.
