The present application has been filed by the applicant-accused under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for regular bail after the chargesheet is filed.
The applicant accused is charged with having committed offences under Sections 302, 504 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, for which, FIR has been lodged being I-C.R.No.21/2009 at Limkheda Police Station.
Learned counsel, Mr.U.M. Shastri for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
