JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant has taken out this application through jail seeking parole for enabling him to make payment of electric bill. It is submitted that such a request was made earlier and it was turned down. The prisoner was given benefit of furlough vide order dated 18.6.2012. In view of this, this application is not required to be entertained and it is dismissed. The prisoner be informed accordingly. The copy of order dated 18.6.2012 is taken on record.
