JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. A.J.Yajnik, Mr. K.B.Pujara and Mr. Shalin Mehta with Ms.Vidhi Bhatt for the petitioners and Mr. P.K.Jani, learned Government Pleader for respondents .
2. On the instructions received from (1) Shri R.C.Raval, Director, Primary Education, (2) Shri S.B.Garasiya, Deputy Secretary (Primary), Education Department and (3) Shri I.N.Solanki, Deputy Secretary and officer on special duty, Education Department, Mr. Jani, learned Government Pleader has submitted that in view of the number of petitions and the issue involved therein and considering the fact that the hearing of the petitions is in process, the State will extend the last date for receiving on-line applications for one week, however, considering the intervening holidays, State is also ready to extend the last date of receiving applications as may be suggested by the Court i.e. for two weeks also however, the State would like to complete the process expeditiously, and before commencement of the new academic year.
3. In view of the said submission, the respondent State is directed to publish the said decision of extending the last date of receiving the applications until 13th April 2012 latest by 30th March 2012.
4. The respondent State shall file further reply affidavit, if it is considered necessary, on or before 3rd April 2012 with copies to the learned Advocates appearing for the petitioners. The hearing of the petitions shall take place peremptorily on 9th April 2012.
5. It is clarified that at this stage, except aforesaid clarification, any other relaxation or clarification with regard to the conditions mentioned in the advertisement are not provided.
