Prima facie, the father of the petitioner was serving as Rojmadar Watchman with the office of the Deputy Executive Engineer, ( R & B), Sub-Division, Kheda and the petitioner is not entitled to be considered for compassionate appointment.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed reliance on the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of General Manager, Uttranchal Jal Sansthan versus Laxmi Devi and others reported in (2009) 7 SCC 205.
Even in the third call, an attempt is made by the learned advocate for the petitioner stating that the matter was heard before the earlier bench and it was kept for order. From the record, the statement made by the learned advocate for the petitioner is not established. However, in the interest of justice and as a last chance matter is adjourned to 19.06.2012.
